PlatinumShield puncture protection combines
a 3mm LDP rubber layer with a layer of
close-meshed, extra-light EPS poly-fibre
fabric. This multi-layer structure provides
optimal puncture protection for wheelchair tyres.
The perfect interplay of material, puncture protection and weight ensure that the new premium tyres have (good) grip and run particularly smoothly. An additional advantage is the high-quality black non-marking rubber compound which prevents our tyres from leaving/causing (unwanted) marks on surfaces.
